Our team gets orders out the door with impressive speed & precision. It may be too late to change your order, but shoot us a note with the correct info & we’ll figure it out.
Shipping FAQs and timelines
We use a fulfillment team to get these beauts out the door with impressive precision. However, our team does not ship on the weekends, and the weekday shipping window cuts off at 12PM ET on Friday. It would be great if we could ship 7 days a week, but we’ll take what we can get in this economy.
If you select 2-day priority shipping on Friday after 12pm ET, your order will not ship out until Monday morning - meaning you won’t receive your Ombraz until ~Wendesday. Not ideal, but we just want to be upfront and transparent, because the last thing we want to do is promise you shipping times we can’t deliver on.
Prescription & custom lenses
Our dear friends at Lens & Frame Co. offer Ombraz RX lenses as well as any custom tint your heart desires. Vision insurance is accepted. Click here to start the process.
Ombraz cords are fully adjustable & fit all head sizes. Notoriously small heads should go with the Narrow Classics or Narrow Viales. Notoriously large heads should go with the XL Tetons, XL Leggeros or Large Dolomites. If you’ve got a regular sized noggin, any of our regulars will fit you great. In case you want to get technical, each product page is equipped with a sizing guide. Feel free to compare the dimensions of our frames to your current go-to pair to get a good reference. If you’re still not sure, just get both sizes and return one once you’ve peeped the scene. We want you to love your fit. :)
Ombraz cord, adjustment system & frames are warrantied for life. If any of your components fail (extremely unlikely), shoot us a note and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of. Unfortunately, lenses are not covered in your lifetime warranty.
Lens & cord replacement
If your lenses suffer an unsightly scratch, we have a turn-key lens replacement program through our partners at Lens & Frame Co. to get you seeing crystal-clear again.

We'll ship a pair of Ombraz anywhere, (we’ve sent pairs to Antarctica). It usually takes 1-2 weeks, depending on where you are. We currently don’t offer free intl’ returns, but the process is simple & affordable. Shoot us a note & we’ll get things started.
Where can I try on a pair before I buy?
Ombraz are only sold at a few retailers in the US. If you are in Seattle, San Diego, Boulder, Honolulu, Birmingham, Alabama, or Punta Mita/Sayulita, we can point you in the right direction. But with free 30-day returns & exchanges on Ombraz.com, you can try them on the comfort of your own porch ;).
