OMBRAZ LIFETIME WARRANTY

When you buy a pair of Ombraz, you become part of a tight-knit, armless sunglasses family, and we take care of our family. Ombraz cords, adjustment systems & frames are warrantied for life.

If anything should ever happen to any of these components, shoot a note to support@ombraz.com and we'll get you fixed up via our repair shop, or get you a new pair, pronto.

We do everything we can to ensure Ombraz do not end up in a landfill - we’ll repair or repurpose anything that breaks (not gonna happen) or fails (not gonna happen) before throwing it out.

When not using your Ombraz, make sure to throw them in their neoprene case to protect the lenses. If your lenses suffer an unsightly scratch, we have a turn-key lens replacement program through our partners at Lens & Frame Co. to get you seeing crystal-clear again. Unfortunately, scratched lenses are not covered in your lifetime warranty. We’ve been working tirelessly to make our lenses more scratch-resistant - but at the end of the day - no synthetic lens is fully resistant to scratches. Glass lenses don’t scratch - but they can shatter, which is why we’ve shied away from that option. If your lens should for some reason pop out of your frame, we will replace it for free. 

If your Ombraz should fall off while swimming in rough seas etc., shoot us a note and we will see what we can do. We do not cover damage to Ombraz incurred by dogs chewing on frames, or stomp testing your frames outside of their Neoprene case.
