Warranty & Repairs

We offer a cord replacement service with our friends at Rugged Thread in Bend, Oregon. If your cord has been damaged due to normal wear & tear, shoot us an email and we'll help you get a free, warrantied replacement. Otherwise, if your pup used your cord as a chew toy, or you feel like upgrading your V1 cord for our new, marine-grade 100% recycled Japanese nylon cord, feel free to purchase a cord replacement here!
We'll send you a link to generate free postage at home in your confirmation email, making the process a total breeze. Rugged Thread will ship your upgraded Ombraz back using priority postage within one week of their arrival to their workshop.
If you’re looking to replace your lenses, or get an extra set in a different material or lens color, we’ve got you covered with our customized lens replacement program.
Our partners at California-based Lens & Frame Co. (a specialized optical shop, owned and operated by a dear mentor of ours) will expertly swap out your lenses and/or customize them to your liking. All genuine Ombraz lens colors (grey, brown & yellow) are available for replacement, as well as glacier lenses, mirrored tints, progressives, different colors…the list goes on.
We'll send you a pre-paid shipping label and carton so you can get your frames to our lab hassle-free and at no charge. Replacement lenses are edged to your award-winning armless frames, glazed and mounted by hand at our state-of-the-art lab in California. When they’re good to go, we’ll ship them back to your doorstep! The process usually takes about a week.
