I'm still adjusting to these shields. They weigh almost nothing...very light. The amount of additional shade they provide around my eyes give these a major plus (+ sign) and a BIG thumbs up. They are fairly easy to install & remove, so you can go either way. I would imagine they are really needed on the snow & ice.
I highly recommend...I'll buy shields for every pair of sunglasses I buy from Ombraz.
